Our rehabilitation department serves the needs of customers and employees by hiring, training, and retaining the right person for the job. PCSI rehabilitation specialists work closely with local referral sources—government and nonprofit agencies—to identify pools of qualified candidates who are ready to assume open positions at PCSI job sites.

Our hiring process begins with a Physical Demands Analysis to determine the demands of the job, the abilities of the candidate, and the accommodations or supports the employee will need. Based on these results, our rehabilitation specialists match candidates with positions, and then train to enable employees to stay on the job and be effective.
