PCSI’s mission is to employ people with disabilities while meeting contract requirements and exceeding customer expectations. To achieve this goal, we use a Physical Demands Analysis to document the minimum requirements of a job and to match a prospective or current employee with an appropriate position.

The Physical Demands Analysis is not used to eliminate a candidate because of a disability. Rather, it is used to identify the right accommodations to keep the candidate safe and successful on the job.

PCSI’s Physical Demands Analysis provides useful data that help us:

  • Modify job tasks and work environments to accommodate employees—with and without disabilities
  • Identify and prioritize safety issues to reduce risk exposure
  • Train new hires to ensure employee and contract success.
